Currency

We display all prices in US dollars and do not provide any currency conversion at this time.

Shipping

We charge a simple flat-rate shipping fee of $12.00 USD per order.

We currently only ship within the USA. We make every effort to ship orders using USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail unless due to the size or cost of the order we require another carrier. Tracking information is provided for all shipments from door-to-door.

Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax is only collected for purchases shipping to California. For any shipping address outside California, we collect $0 in sales tax!

Checkout

We use a checkout process that does not require a credit card to submit an order. We call it the "worry-free" checkout. We don't require payment until after your order is prepared. Payment is required before shipping your order. For a more detailed explanation, please see How our checkout works

Communication
Communication is fundamental to the "worry-free" checkout process. We keep you updated on the status of your order, every step of the way.
During the order process, you will receive the following emails from us:
Email Verification
During checkout, when you click "Submit Order", we send you a verification email with a six-digit code. You will be prompted to enter this code to submit your order for processing.
Order Confirmation
After checkout, an order confirmation email which indicates your order has been received.
Order Processing
To let you know we have begun preparing your order, usually less than 24 hours and may be as soon as 1 hour.
Invoice Ready
This email includes a link to your final invoice and link to make payment. Your final invoice reflects any items that are out of stock.
Payment Receipt
After payment is made, we send you a receipt.
Order Shipped
This email contains shipping confirmation and tracking number. Tracking information is also available any time on our order status page

When your invoice is ready, you will be directed to our payment processor (Stripe) to pay your invoice. By using Stripe directly, this offers our customers the highest level of security. For your safety and security, it is important to note that you will always be directed to https://invoice.stripe.com for payment. The payment link is securely generated by Stripe for your invoice and may be accessed via your order status page

Payment is due by the due date on the invoice (usually within 48 hours of us sending the "Invoice Ready" email)

Credit card We accept most major credit cards including American Express, Visa/Mastercard, Diners Club, Discover, Apple Pay, Paypal, and Google Pay

Out of stock items

Occasionally items that are still listed on the website are out of stock ☹️. During order processing (before you have paid), we note any out of stock items and they will not be included on your final invoice.

Order cancellation

You may cancel an order up until we have shipped the order by emailing us with your order number and a short explanation.

Order status

Using just your email address, you can access your order status any time on the order status page

Return policy

You have 14 days from date of receipt to return an item if you are unsatisfied. All returned items must be unaltered from their original condition (unless damage occurred during shipping). Items deemed returnable after review will be refunded. Note: Customer pays for return shipping.
